Section 105 IAC 12-1-20 - "Purchase description" defined

Sec. 20.

(a) "Purchase description" means the words used in an invitation for bid to describe the supplies or services to be purchased.
(b) The term includes specifications attached to, or made a part of, the invitation for bid.
