Section 105 IAC 12-1-17 - "Procurement" defined

Sec. 17.

"Procurement" means the process of buying, purchasing, renting, leasing, or otherwise acquiring any supplies or services, including description of requirements, selection or solicitation of sources, preparation and award of contract, and all phases of contract administration.
