Section 105 IAC 11-1-9 - "Commissioner" defined

Sec. 9.

"Commissioner" means the chief executive and chief administrative officer of the department who is responsible for administering the department. As used in this article, the designation "commissioner" means the commissioner, the commissioner's designee, or alternate.
