Section 105 IAC 11-1-21 - "Prequalification engineer" defined

Sec. 21.

"Prequalification engineer" refers to the administrative officer responsible for the administration of the qualification of contractors. The designation "prequalification engineer" means the prequalification engineer, the prequalification engineer's designee, or alternate.
