Section 105 IAC 11-1-13 - "Department" defined

Sec. 13.

"Department" means the Indiana department of transportation as constituted under the laws of Indiana for the administration of highway work. As used in this article, "department" means the Indiana department of transportation acting directly or through its authorized representative.
