Section 446.502 - Notice and Place of Hearing

a) Hearings on petitions filed by operators of Official Testing Stations will be held at either of the offices of the Department at 201 West Center Court, Schaumburg, Illinois or at 1340 North 9^th Street, Springfield, Illinois or at another location designated by the Department.

b) The Department shall give notice of the hearing to the person requesting the hearing and to the Department's Office of Chief Counsel.
