Section 442.410 - Axles

a) Must meet federal chassis requirements as indicated on the federal certification label as required by 49 CFR 567(Certification) and 49 CFR 568 (Vehicles Manufactured in Two or More Stages).

b) Wheel base shall not be less than 123 inches.
