Section 1715.600 - Enforcement of the Law

The enforcement provisions in Article VII of the Illinois Commercial Transportation Law [625 ILCS 5 /Ch.18c, Art. VII] shall likewise govern the enforcement of the Illinois Commercial Safety Towing Law.
