When a license, registration or permit holder is placed on probation, the Commission shall impose a period and shall specify the conditions of probation. Conditions of probation shall be that the license, registration or permit holder:
a) Not violate any criminal statute of any jurisdiction;b) Not violate the Act or this Part;c) If in violation of the Act or this Part, comply with the Act or this Part and cease and desist from further or any future violations of the Act or this Part;d) If engaging in dishonorable, unethical or unprofessional conduct of a character likely to deceive, defraud or harm the public, cease and desist from that conduct in the future;e) If convicted of any crime under the laws of the United States or any U.S. state or territory that is a felony, misdemeanor with an essential element of dishonesty, or crime that is related to the practice of the profession, comply with all the terms of the sentence, probation, conditional discharge, etc.;f) If in violation of any court order regarding payment of child support or noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or support proceedings, comply with the court order or the certain processes and cease and desist from further or future violations of the court order;g) If practicing or attempting to practice under a name other than the full name shown on the license, registration or recovery permit or any other legally authorized name, cease and desist from further or future such practices and comply with all the applicable laws and regulations;h) If soliciting professional services by using false or misleading advertising, cease and desist from further or future false or misleading advertising and comply with all the applicable laws and regulations;i) The Commission may, in addition, impose other reasonable conditions relating to the nature of the offense or the rehabilitation of the license, registration or recovery permit holder.Ill.
