a) Unless otherwise specified, an executed original and one true copy of each document shall be filed. Copies of signed documents shall show the date and signatures appearing on the original.b) Copies of the Division's records may be obtained, upon written request and payment of the actual costs of copying, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act [5 ILCS 140 ].Ill.
