Section 1307.5 - Applicability of This Part

This Part is only applicable to intrastate motor carriers of property. Requirements for identification of interstate motor carriers of property are found in Section 18c-4701 of the Illinois Commercial Transportation Law ("Law") (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 951/2, par. 18c-4701).
