Section 1225.635 - Cancellation of Joint Rail Rates, Routes or Surcharges

a) This Section applies only to rail carriers.

b) Cancellations of joint rates or routes or surcharges to them under the authority of 49 U.S.C. 10705 a shall have a statement to that effect in the tariff publication.
