Section 515.640 - Membership Terms

a) Members shall serve 3-year terms and until their successors are appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. [410 ILCS 515/6(a)] .

c) Except ex-officio members, no member shall serve more than 6 consecutive years on the Council.
