The SLIB and QI-1 income standards are equal to a percentage of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) Income Guidelines as published annually in the Federal Register for the size of the household. If the household's countable monthly income (see 89 Ill. Adm. Code 112, 113, 120) exceeds the appropriate SLIB or QI-1 income standard, eligibility for SLIB or QI-1 status does not exist.
