Section 150.620 - Hearing Officera) A Hearing Officer may be appointed by the Board and shall have the authority to conduct hearings, administer oaths, examine witnesses, and issue orders subject to Board review.b) A Hearing Officer must be:1) an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Illinois; and2) fully knowledgeable with respect to administrative hearing rules and procedures.c) Grounds for disqualification of a Hearing Officer include, but are not limited to, family, personal or economic conflicts.Ill.
