Section 1110.20 - Employee Organizations Seeking Recognitiona) An employee organization seeking recognition in a bargaining unit in which no other employee organization has lawfully attained representation rights may either request that the employer voluntarily recognize it or may file a representation petition with the Board.b) An employee organization seeking recognition in a bargaining unit in which another employee organization has lawfully attained representation rights may pursue its request only by filing a representation petition with the Board.Ill.
