Section 694.220 - Classification Exemption

Students are exempt from the immunization requirements of this Part if they are enrolled for:

a) Less than half-time during a term, semester, quarter; or
b) Instruction solely involving research, field work, or study outside of a classroom environment; or
c) Instruction that utilizes correspondence as its primary mode of delivery. This includes students who are only enrolled in courses where no direct (physical) interaction occurs between the student and others receiving similar instruction (e.g., telecourses, courses by way of mail).
