Section 295.9030 - Furnishings

Furnishings, if provided by the establishment, shall include, at a minimum:

a) A bed that is clean and in good repair;

b) Adequate general and task lighting;

c) Adjustable window covers that provide resident privacy; and

d) A dresser or other storage space for clothing and personal effects.
