The compounds in the form excepted from application of certain specified sections of the Federal Controlled Substances Act ( 21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.), the Federal Controlled Substances Import and Export Act ( 21 U.S.C. 951 et seq.), and the Code of Federal Regulations, pursuant to Section 1308.32 of the Code of Federal Regulations( 21 C.F.R. 1308.32 ) are excepted from the application of Sections 312 and 313 of this Act.
