This Part is promulgated by authority granted to the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board (State Board or Board) under the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act (Planning Act) [ 20 ILCS 3960 ] and under the Health Care Worker Self-Referral Act [ 225 ILCS 47 ].
