Appendix A - Capital Expenditure Minimums/Review Thresholds

In accordance with P.A. 96-31, the following capital expenditure minimums/review thresholds become effective July 1, 2015. These thresholds were adjusted by 2.5 % in accordance with P.A. 96-31. The source for the increases is RS Means.

Capital Expenditure (Hospitals)

Capital Expenditure (All Other Applicants)

$3,338,430
