8. Nuclear Medicine
9. Obstetrics/Gynecology
10. Ophthalmology
11. Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery
12. Orthopaedic Surgery
13. Otolaryngology
14. Pain Management
15. Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
16. Plastic Surgery
17. Podiatric Surgery
18. Radiology
19. Thoracic Surgery
20. Urology
Other ASTC services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
