a) The Director may impose a fine not to exceed $1000 for operating a nurse agency without a license; referring or assigning a person who does not hold a currently valid license as a nurse issued by the Department of Professional Regulation, or is not registered with the Department of Public Health as a certified nurse aide; or for failure to have and maintain sufficient liability insurance.b) The Director may impose a fine not to exceed $500 for submission of false or misleading information, or a fine not to exceed $300 for the failure to provide or maintain information in accordance with the Act or this Part.c) The Director may impose a fine not to exceed $500 for violation of any other Section of this Part.d) A fine may be imposed in addition to a suspension, revocation or refusal to renew a license.Ill.
