The following fees shall be paid to the Division and are not refundable:
a) The fee for application for a license as a licensed behavior analyst under Section 1376.35 is $400.b) The fee for application for a license as a licensed assistant behavior analyst under Section 1376.35 is $100.c) The fee for renewal of a license as a licensed behavioral analyst is $300.d) The fee for renewal of a license as a licensed assistant behavioral analyst is $75.e) The fee for restoration of a license other than from inactive status is $50 plus payment of all lapsed renewal fees not to exceed $600 for a licensed behavior analyst and not to exceed $150 for a licensed assistant behavior analyst.f) The fee for certification of a licensee's record for any purpose is $20.g) The fee for a CE sponsor subject to the approval of the Board is $500. The fee is waived for a State agency, State university, or community college.h) The fee for a two-year renewal for a CE sponsor subject to approval of the Board is $250.
