Section 1285.330 - Rules of Evidence

In evaluating complaints and materials relating to proceedings under this Part, the Division, the Licensing Board and the Disciplinary Board shall be governed by the provisions of Section 10-40 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100/10-40 ].
