A permitissued under this Part shall be released by the Department upon the Department's satisfaction that the plugging of the well and restoration of the well site is completed in compliance with the permittee's Plugging and Restoration Plan pursuant to Sections 245.210(a)(18) and 245.1030, the Act, the Illinois Oil and Gas Act, and the administrative rules promulgated under that Act. (Section 1-55(b) of the Act).
