This Part sets forth the minimum requirements for filing and maintaining bonds and insurance for surface coal mining and reclamation operations under regulatory programs in accordance with the Surface Coal Mining Land Conservation and Reclamation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 961/2, pars. 7901.01 et seq. (State Act).
