Section 4.4525 - Recyclable Supplies (Paper)

Allpapersupplies purchased for use by universities must be recyclable paper unless a recyclable substitute cannot be used to meet the requirements of the universities or would constitute an undue economic or practical hardship. [ 30 ILCS 500/45-25 ] Universities shall make this determination and shall include this determination in the procurement file.
