Section 722.316 - Non-Laboratory Hazardous Waste Generated at an Eligible Academic EntityAn eligible academic entity that generates hazardous waste outside of a laboratory is not eligible to manage that hazardous waste under this Subpart K, and either of the following is true of the waste:
a) That hazardous waste remains subject to the generator requirements of Sections 722.111 and 722.115, for an LQG or an SQG (if the hazardous waste is managed in a satellite accumulation area), and all other applicable generator requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 722; orb) That hazardous waste remains subject to the conditional exemption of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 722.114, for a VSQG.Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 722.316
