Section 616.104 - Exceptions to Prohibitions

Section 14.2 of the Act sets forth the process to obtain a waiver or exception from the setback requirements Sections 616.402(a), 616.422(a), 616.442, 616.462(a), 616.602, 616.622, 616.702 or 616.722(a).
