Section 602.205 - Preliminary Plansa) To expedite the review of subsequent construction permit application plan documents, preliminary plans may be submitted prior to the submission of a construction permit application. No construction permit may be issued until the completed application, required fee, plans, and specifications have been submitted.b) If preliminary plans are submitted, as directed under the Illinois Drinking Water Revolving Loan Funding Process (see 35 Ill. Adm. Code 664), the documents must include a description of alternate solutions, a discussion of the alternatives, and reasons for selecting the alternative recommended.Ill. Admin.
