Section 307.7500 - General Provisions

a) Applicability. This Subpart CN applies to any coil coating facility or to any canmaking facility that introduces or may introduce process wastewater pollutants into a POTW.

b) General definitions. The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 465.02(2007). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

c) Monitoring requirements. The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 465.03(2007). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

d) Compliance dates. The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 465.04(2007). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.
