Section 307.4900 - General Provisions

a) Applicability. This Subpart BN applies to any pharmaceutical manufacturing facility that introduces or may introduce process wastewater pollutants into a POTW. The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 439.0(2004). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

b) General definitions. The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 439.1(2004). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

c) Monitoring requirements. The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 439.2 and Appendix A (2004). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

d) General pretreatment standards. The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 439.3(2004). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

e) General limitation or standard for pH. The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 439.4(2004). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.
