Section 215.586 - Emissions Testinga) Any tests of organic material emissions from bulk gasoline terminals, including tests conducted to determine control equipment efficiency or control device destruction efficiency, shall be conducted in accordance with the Test Methods and Procedures for the Standards of Performance for Bulk Gasoline Terminals, 40 CFR 60.503, incorporated by reference in Section 215.105. Any alternate test method must be approved by the Agency, which shall consider data comparing the performance of the proposed alternative to the performance of the approved tst method(s). If the Agency determines that such data demonstrates the the proposed alternative will achieve results equivalent ot the approved test method(s), the Agency shall approve the proposed alternative.b) Upon a reasonable request by the Agency, the owner or operator of a volatile organic material emission source subject to this Subpart shall conduct emissions testing, at such person's own expense, to demonstrate compliance.c) A person planning to conduct an organic material emissions test to demonstrate compliance with this Subpart shall notify the Agency of that intent not less than 30 days before the planned initiation of the tests so the Agency may observe the test.Ill.
