Section 215.514 - Recordkeeping Requirementsa) The owner or operator of a coke by-product recovery plant shall maintain a monitoring log that shall contain, at a minimum, the following information for each component found leaking:1) The name of the process unit where the observed leaking component is located;2) Identification of the type of component (e.g., valve, seal);3) The date on which the leaking component is first observed;4) The date on which a leaking component is repaired;5) Identification of the type of leaking components which cannot be repaired until unit shutdown; and6) Identification of component leaks which are not repaired within 21 days after discovery because of the unavailability of replacement parts, including the date the repair part was ordered and the date the repair part was received.b) The monitoring log shall be retained by the owner or operator for a minimum of two years after the date on which the record was made.c) Copies of the monitoring log shall be made available to the Agency upon verbal or written request at a reasonable time.Ill.
