Section 130.406 - Public Inspectiona) The public cannot inspect material for which a non-disclosure application is pending before the Board.b) If the Board determines that the material is not entitled to be protected from disclosure, the public cannot inspect the material: 1) Until the time for appeal of the Board's determination has expired; or2) If an appeal of the Board's determination is filed, until the Board receives official notification of a final order of a court with proper jurisdiction that does not reverse the Board's determination and that is not subject to further appeal.c) If the Board determines that the material is entitled to be protected from disclosure, the Board will protect from public inspection any page or portion of the material that the Board determined to be non-disclosable information until the Board receives official notification of a final order of a court with proper jurisdiction that reverses the Board's determination and that is not subject to further appeal.Ill.
