a) Subparts B and C apply to any person who possesses or uses at any site an aggregated category 1 or category 2 quantity of radioactive material.b) Subpart D applies to any person who: 1) Transports or delivers a category 1 or category 2 quantity of radioactive material to a carrier for transport in a single shipment; or2) Imports or exports a category 1 or category 2 quantity of radioactive material. AGENCY NOTE: The provisions of this Part only apply to the domestic portion of the transport.
c) Each licensee is responsible for ensuring that persons performing activities under a radioactive material license issued by IEMA comply with 32 Ill. Adm. Code: Chapter II, Subchapters b and d, conditions of the license and any orders issued by IEMA.Ill. Admin. Code tit. 32, § 337.20
