Section 625.245 - List of Records

The following types and categories of records are maintained by the State Comptroller (not all records set forth below are available for public inspection and/or copying):

a) All State Vouchers;

b) All State Warrants;

c) All State Contracts exceeding $10,000 per year.

d) State Employee Payroll Information, including names, addresses and amounts paid;

e) Annual Reports on Illinois Bonded Indebtedness;

f) Monthly Fiscal Reports;

g) Satewide Accounting Management System;

h) Municipal, County and Local Government Audits;

i) Audits of Cemetery Care Funds;

j) Various Operational Reports i.e., Computer edit and balance, verification, etc.

k) Audits of Funeral and Burial Funds;

l) Personnel Records for Comptroller employees;

m) Audits of Pre-Need Cemetery Sales Act Funds.
