a) Within 10 days of the original notice the affected parties may, in writing, petition the Department to conduct a hearing on the merits of the case and provide an opportunity for presentation of additional relative information.b) The Department shall evaluate the testimony provided at the hearing and shall issue a notice of its findings to the affected parties.c) Hearing procedures will be in accord with Part 2530.Ill.
