Section 4190.302 - Inventorying of Archaeological and Paleontological Sitesa) The Inventory Form shall contain the following information, to the extent known:1) The name and address of the individual completing the form.2) Documentation of the site.3) Photographic prints of each site with burials, including a black and white photograph of each individual mound, to document its current condition. The photograph shall be either an original print at least 5 inches by 7 inches or an original contact sheet and the negatives.4) A township, range and section description and Universal Transverse Meridian coordinates of the site's location, including sufficient buffer land necessary to protect the site until its specific legal boundaries are defined.5) A sketch showing the known area of the site and any salient observable features.6) A copy of the pertinent United States Geological Survey 7.5 minute topographic quadrangle map noting the location of the site.7) References to previous recorded information on the site.b) Documentation of a Site. Documentation of a site may include, but is not limited to, the following: 1) Physical evidence, as demonstrated by archaeological, paleontological or written historical reports showing the presence of archaeological or paleontological resources, or human skeletal remains, graves or grave markers;2) Adequate historical documentation;3) Oral depositions or affidavits; or4) Any additional information requested by the Agency.Ill.
