Section 58.01.25.104 - PRE-APPLICATION PROCESS

A person who intends to apply for a permit or who proposes to discharge a pollutant into the waters of the United States may contact the Department to schedule a meeting to discuss an application before submittal:

01.Permit Applicability. Whether the actions or facility will require an IPDES permit, and whether other suitable permitting options are available;

02.Application Content. The IPDES permit application requirements; and

03.Application Schedule. The IPDES permit application submittal schedule.
