Section 58.01.01.703 - PARTICULATE MATTER - OTHER PROCESSES

01.Other Processes. No person with processes exempt under Subsection 702.02.b. may emit particulate matter to the atmosphere from any process or process equipment in excess of the amount shown in the following equations, where E is the total rate of emission from all emission points from the source in pounds per hour and P is the process weight rate in pounds per hour. a. If P is less than sixty thousand (60,000) pounds per hour, E = 0.02518(P)^0.67 (3-28-23)

b. If P is greater than or equal to sixty thousand (60,000) pounds per hour, E = 23.84(P)^0.11 - 40 (3-28-23)
