Section 52.01.03.010 - DEFINITIONS

As used throughout these rules these terms have the following definitions:

01.Commissioner. A member of the Idaho State Lottery Commission.

02.Director. The Director of the State Lottery appointed and confirmed according to Section 67-7407, Idaho Code.

03.Lottery. The Idaho State Lottery created by Section 67-7402, Idaho Code, and, as context requires, the Lottery Commission and the Lottery's officers and employees.
