Parking prohibitions and regulations on the State Highway System within incorporated cities shall be approved by the city and the ITD Traffic Section and shall be covered by a local ordinance unless provided for by a cooperative maintenance or construction agreement. Unresolved differences between incorporated cities and ITD shall be presented to the Transportation Board for final resolution.
