Section 39.03.60.300 - GENERAL: STANDARDS FOR COMMUNITY OFFICIAL SIGNS01.Direction of Sign. Only one (1) community sign may face the same direction of travel along a single route approaching the community.02.Location of Sign. A community sign may not be located within two thousand (2,000) feet of an interchange, along the interstate system or other freeways (measured along the interstate or freeway from the nearest point of the beginning or ending of pavement widening at the exit from or entrance to the main traveled way) or located within one thousand (1,000) feet of an intersection of a primary route with another designated federal-aid route. Community signs may not be located within two thousand (2,000) feet of a rest area, park land or scenic area.03.Size of Sign. Community signs shall not exceed the following limits: a.
