Section 39.02.43.200 - REQUEST FOR REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEES

01.Refund Granted. A refund may be granted only if:

a. The applicant can show the motor vehicle was registered in error by the Department or County; and

b. All plates, stickers and registration certificates are returned to the Department or County.

02.Mailing and Handling Fees. The decision to refund the administrative mailing and handling fees for valid refund requests will be determined by individual counties or the Department.
