Section 38.04.08.312 - ITEMS SUBJECT TO SEARCHTo enhance security and public safety, Security Personnel and Law Enforcement may inspect:
01.Packages and Bags. Packages, backpacks, purses, bags, and briefcases reasonably suspected of concealing stolen items or items prohibited by law, including these rules.02.Items. Items brought to the Idaho State Capitol, if there is a reasonable suspicion that an item may be capable of injuring, damaging or harming persons or property at the Idaho State Capitol of disrupting the primary uses of the Idaho State Capitol in violation of law, including these rules.Idaho Admin.
