Section 37.03.04.065 - ENFORCEMENT01.Enforcement by Director. When the Director determines that any person is in substantial violation of any provisions of the Geothermal Resources Act (Chapter 40, Title 42, Idaho Code) or of any rule, permit, certificate, condition of approval or order issued or promulgated pursuant to the Geothermal Resources Act, the Director may commence an administrative enforcement action by issuing a written notice of violation in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code § 42-1701B . The Director may enforce any provision of the Geothermal Resources Act or any order or regulation issued or adopted pursuant thereto by an appropriate action in the district court. The Director may bring action in the District Court to enjoin noncompliance with any provision of this act.Idaho Admin. Code r. 37.03.04.065
