In accordance with Sections 63-105(2), 63-2427, 40-312 and 41-4909, Idaho Code, the State Tax Commission (Tax Commission) has promulgated rules implementing the Idaho Fuels Tax Act, provisions of the Motor Vehicle Registration Act, and the Transfer Fee provisions of the Idaho Clean Water Trust Fund Act.
