Section 31.46.02.102 - ESTABLISHMENT OF TELEPHONE INDUSTRY ADVISORY COMMITTEE01.Establishment of Committee. The Commission hereby establishes a telephone industry advisory committee with which the Administrator shall consult in the assessment of responses to the request for proposal (RFP), and review the services provided. The industry committee shall have three (3) members, who shall be representatives of: a. A large provider of local exchange and intraLATA Message Telecommunications (MTS) services in Idaho;b. An independent telephone company providing local exchange services and a member of the Idaho Telephone Association (the trade group that includes independent telephone companies in Idaho); andc. The Idaho State Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, or the State Council on Developmental Disabilities.Idaho Admin. Code r. 31.46.02.102
